Question for Need for Speed Underground 2

I need help, I am 30% done with the game, I unlocked 50% of the parts, but I am stuck, the game wont give me any races to race, their just telling me about racde that they dont know exactly where they are, and I can't make any money, HELP....

Open world map and see if you have accidently hidden them from view (can be done by selecting and pressing X)

That was the exact same problem I had, all you have to do is get a 3 or 4 star visual rating.
