Question for Need for Speed Underground 2

I am 21 percent done the game...but there are no races left, I have done all of the hidden races, and there aren't any racers so I can't even do outruns. I have made new profiles, and the same thing keeps happening. Can anyone help me out, and tell me how to unlock more races?

yeh i had the same problem but i figuerd it out all u got to do is go to garage and go to world map and then do all them
