There's a small orange arrow ponting in a certain direction on my minimap. I tried to follow it but it lead to a locked area. How do I unock that area [if that's what the arrow's trying to tell me]? I think it's Coal Harbor...but what do I need to do to unlock areas? I tried to do outruns but there are no more players on this level. I'm on level 2, I think.

Well I think that orange arrow means north and to unlock the locked places you have to finish the level like if you finish level 1 you unlock beacon hill, level 3 jackson heights, level 4 coal harbour east and level 5 coal harbour west
Yeah that means north. I can't believe you actually followed that.
