Does anyone know how to get the ??? In Washington D.C.?

You need to unlock the Koenigsegg CC in order to get the ???? in D.C. Then, you have to go all the way to the end of the Whitehurst freeway (make sure you go on the road underneath the highway.
Looking at the map of D.C. in the MM3 booklet may help). Then get speed and launch the car off the steep incline to get the Serpent MK2 (secret car). Make sure not to take the turn near the end of the freeway with to much speed or you'll end up spinning out.
Also, if you want to know, there is another ???? paint job in Paris. The secret car's name is the ASP. I forgot where it is located because I haven't played the game in awhile.
Finish every race and get the fastest car and drive up to it where the humps are.
