So far I am able to climb walls and drive tanks.
You can get out of the mechs and you can hack into enemy mechs and steal them.

You can drive tanks and get out of your mech and climb walls but the helicopter is more like a hovercraft.Ive only seen the hovercraft on multiplayer.

Ahem.....the VTOL is not a hovercraft. More like a small jet. Yes, you can scale walls, get out of mech, and drive tanks.
