I was wondering in Max Payne 2 after Max goes head to head with kaufman in the lobby. Max goes back to where he came in and turns on a big screen tv on. There is a few seconds and it shows somone walking down the sidewalk, and a car comes up to him shoots him.

After he shoots him the guy jumps out of the car and grabs 4 thing of something and jumpes back in the car and speeds away. It's driving me nuts not knowing what in the world max is watching. I've been playing Max Payne for almost a year and still don't have a answer.
