You will notice that outside the door to the room with the sconces there is one of those things that you can charge your reaver on.
Charge the reaver then stand in the middle of the sconces and use the "Fire Reaver's" special attack.This will light all of the sconces.
When they are lit you will have to fight some statues.Beat them and grab the spear!!
