The number of stars you get depends on the number of opponents you defeat, so the faster you kill opponents, the more stars you will get. Make sure you throw opponents of the edge of levels, to increase the pace of your kills. Try to pick up special attack stars by taunting a lot, so youi can get quick kills with your special attack. Make sure you use the block and counter attack moves, as they are invaluable. Also try doing all the training levels so you become familiar with all the moves.
