That depends on your preference. Do you prefer the air vehicles, the water vehicles, or the land vehicles?

Well, in the air, the best plane is the F-16 Comet. The best helicopter is the Jackson Z-19 Skreemer.

In the water, the best boat is easily the Agency Motorboat.

On the land, the best car (or truck, I suppose) is the Agency Truck. The fastest car is the Fukuda Tournament. Where-as the best motorcycle is the Apache Army Model 842. Though, the fastest motorcycle would be the Fukuda Bluebolt.
