Question for Jet Set Radio Future

I have finished the game but I don't have the 'Sky Dinosaurian Square' level for some reason.
Can anyone please help me?

Where is the tape in Kibagaoka Hill?

I heard that there is a character you can unlock in jet tests in Soda's level.
The only problem is that to get the test you need to do the spray job and the tape jobs but there is no paint job in that level (I don't know what it's called)

Where don't you have the Sky Dinosaurian Square? If you're looking in Test Run you need to make sure you have all the graffiti souls.
