OK. Please help me I've been stuck for a long time on Rokkaku-dai Heights, and if I'm correct I have to enter a building that has some kind of a 8-track or something, it has graffits, and if you look up you see something shine. I've tryed but I can't seem to find a way to enter the building.

First you need to beat Chuo Street. When you beat Chuo Street, Poison Jam will appear in Rokkaku-Dai Heights. Follow him and eventually he and his friends will bust down the door of the warehouse. Now you can enter!
