Hi there :)
Have you taken on the 2nd troll? If you have then you should be in an obstacle course sort of area. You will have to navigate your way around to where the vines are moving (there is a ledge there that you have to sneak past them on) after you get through them there should be a couple of horklumps (the orange pumpkin looking things with spikes on them) go past them, navigate your way around to where you see a little elf thing (sorry forgot the name of them) hit him with flipendo, put him in the nearby cage, then you should see another horklump nearby use flipendo then quickly use diffindo on it and there will be a crawl space revealed which you have to go through and that will take you back out to professor sprout.

It says you haven't completed it because you haven't collected all the ingredients needed for it. You need 3 ingredients, all plants. wiggentree bark is one of them. These you will find in the gardens around hogwarts. Like in hagrid' sgarden behind his hut. Then you can go to potions class with them. That is in the dungeons in hogwarts.
