You guys are probably meaning the last level, "The Maw."

In the first level, The Pillar of Autuam, the are no spiders. None at all.

There never was and never will be spiders.

Just your normal Covenant.

What Darkslidedemon said is right. They are not spiders. They are a disease called the Flood and you don't meet them until you get to 343 Guilty Spark (the 6th level).

First Thing is..You two should learn how to read questions correctly.

I cannot answer this question because I do not have my Xbox with me (I am at a relatives) Anyways.

There question is "How do you beat the FIRST level WITH the spiders coming out" I am guessing that the Spiders are The squid Flood(Me and my friends call them that) The question is The first level with the spider/flood as in..

The first level with the Spiders/Flood in it. I think its 363 or 343...whatever...Guilty spark. They are asking how do you beat that level.
