What is 'crouch jump' ?

WOW!!! I don't mean to be mean, but WOW!!! Waht kind of question is that??!! Ok, here's your answer. Crouch is the holding down the left thumb stick. Keep on holding it down if you want to keep crouched.

Wow the last person was rude. Ok a crouch jump is when you jump then crouch. You can get out of some levels bu doing that. I know I have done it.

Don't listen to the first person hes wrong.actually crouch jump is either a glitch or a cheat that allows you to jump above the level in some places.

All you have to do is jump and push down the left analog stick. It will allow you to jump higher and to get in some better hiding spots to kill people.

If you know how to crouch then just do it in the air.

The crouch jump is very useful in multi and in campaign. So heres how you do it first you jump and then right after you jump you hold down the left thumbstick an congrats you just did it. Hope you can successfully jump to higher grounds and poon people while doing this. From thegreatdestroyer

Alright a crouch jump is used in Halo 3 to get the fog skull, I'm not sure if you can do it in halo 2, but a crouch jump is after you jump you crouch to get to high places where your long legs keep you from.

Jump and while in the air hold the left thumbstick down. Or if you have the toggle option on, as soon as you jump toggle it off then when you reach the height of your jump toggle it back on. Its very useful for tricky places.
