No it shouldn't, do you mean the lunge that is a kill in one good hit? Or the sword cancle, both of the awnsers is no, because if it is you either did something wrong or your Halo's are weird or Xbox. Hope I helped.
You mean with the Rocket Launcher? No, I did it after I updated on live. It shouldn't have deleted it.
