Dose anny one no where all of the skuls are and what there efects are ..

I don't know where one is

Outskirts-at the beginning of the level go through the door and look up. Jump on the light thing and grenade jump onto the sencond story. Go into a dark alley way and grab the skull.

There is a skull in every level, if not more than one (most can only be found on Legendary). So instead of telling you every single one there's this really good website that has videos of how to get to the skulls. Just go to google and type in "Halo 2 Skulls" and you should find it. But first, maybe you should consider something called "school". Just a thought...

Look in Halo 2 cheats I have posted how to get two of the Skulls and I will let evryone know when I locate the other 13 or however many there are.

I happen to have every skull (ADVISE do NOT activate all the skulls and try to play the game even on easy it is realy hard). I do know the only good skulls are the "GRUNT BIRTH DAY PARTIE" on the Arbiter-makes it so when you shout anyone in the head with long rang type weapons or the pistol. The "Envy" skull on the level before Regret makes it so you can go invisible like the Arbiter only your the Sparten. The "SPUTNIK" skull is either on the Gravemind or before it maybe it's the level after that I don't have my Xbox with me and it's hard to remember but that skull makes it so that when you through a grenade it's more powerfull and you can fly to places you can't normaly reach. On the first level the "THUNDERSTORM" skull is hard to get but makes all enemys whight and you can have fun with elites because when you make them made and hit them in the back before they kill you, you can get lots of swords to have fun with.
Almost every other skull other than the like one or two are not very good or usefull

There are only two skulls thjat can be obtained in any mode other than legendary, the rest are in legendery, also like 1 skull mkaes the game cooler, like one skull if you get it on legendery mode if yous stick an enemy ( campaign) they will fly like 10 times farther than normal, also you do know that they skulls make the game harder, and not easier?
