Question for Halo 2

I just wanted to know when I play multiplayer with my friend at home ( not the xbox live) and the game starts the screen is split from in the way that you have one player on the left side, and the other on the right side instead of having one person on top and one person on the bottom.

How can I change how I have the split screen??

I've asked a couple people this but no one seems to know and I've tried going to settings and all that.

PLEASE HELP ME I'd really appreciate it...thanks

This happened to my friend once. All we did was go to the Xbox settings and change the screen to normal or whatever its called.. hope this helps =)

Halo59872 answered:

First you take the game out of your x-box then when you get to the main screen you go to settings then go the video screen you change the video to normal then put halo 2 back in it should then be top and bottom screens

Hello me and my friends also play Halo 2 and we have asked the same question.

The only way you can get somebody on top is if you have 3 players and the other two will be on bottom and wil be split. Sorry but there is no way to split a the screen horizontally... unless you turn the t.v. on its side

monkey298 answered:

Sorry about my previous answer but your question got me searching and I found out how to do it
dont start the game and go into xbox settings and change settings to widescreen instead of fullscreen.. hope this helps.

onetyrant answered:

Hey man, just go to the xbox dashboard *just without a disc in* and change the screen ratio to widescreen, it'll default to side by side

halo2veteren answered:

Ok First of all this happened to my fried and hes too dumb to try this, go to settings (of your xbox) and go to video.

Change the setting to to the other too (that is not on currently) and that should change.
