Is there a way to dual wield energy swords? I've tried several times but maybe there a cheat or something?

Well I heard that there is a way to cheat and be able to dual wield swords but I can't figure it out. I'm inclined to believe that we cannot duel wield swords. Im 100% sure we can't dual wield in Halo 2, but I'm not so sure about Halo 3. Maybe in Halo 4 we will be able to, who knows.

1. get a sword
2. find another sword then pause and press up,down,down,black,black,white,left,up
3.then wait for 40 seconds then unpause the game then there you go!!!!
