Is Cortana a real person on a platform or is she just a hologram If..

Cortana is an A.I. hologram. She's part of the human force. Nothing to do with creating any halo's. You would know this if you played the first halo game.

She is NOT the creator of the halo's! If you watch the movie scenes throughout the game, you will know this. The forerunners built the halo's! The forerunners are dead now though.

She is a hologram. She is not a forerunner. The reason she said "Alright, shoot" in a calm voice is beacuse she can not be hurt as a hologram. Trust me, I've shot her in the head and the bullets went right through her.

Also, The Flood can't have a leader beacuse The Flood aren't involved in the Human/Covonant war. They will just eat anything they come into contact with, except for Cortona, beacuse, as I just said, she can't be hurt.

Actualy, I don't know if she is going to be the next game enemy. But she is definitly not the leader of The Flood or a forerunner. I read in "First Strike" were Dr. Halesy sedates Kelly, Locklear comes in and says, "But I just saw her_____".

I don't trust Dr. Halesy. And sence you all call her Cortona's "mother" I think she may have a bad side too.

1.Cortana can be destroyed because in the first halo captain keyes said 'The protocal is clear. DESTRUCTION or capture of the ship R.D.I.(cortana) is completly unaceptable'.

2.The flood do have a leader The gravemind (the big octipus-ish creture that caputures the master chief, the aribter, the prophet of regret and the monitor of halo #4).How do you think the flood were smart enough to skrike high charity when it was in chaos.

3. At the end when the gravemind says '.........now it is my time to ask questions' and cortana says shoot in a calm voice she deos not mean shoot her it is a metifor which means ''ok ask the questions''

Cortana can only be destroyed if the Master Chief dies.The forrunners created the halos' and they created the flood to reduce overpopulation and then the flood became too intelligent and started to destroy anything in it's way.

She is too important to be shown in person.

I know what "okay shoot" means. I"m saying this: Say I was Cortona and the Gravemind says "anwser my questions" I said no and he got annoyed and swiped his tenticle at me.

I know this question has already been answered but I can definitely say cortana is a construct (a computer programme created by the humans) and she appears as a hologram.

Also she didn't create hal, the forerunners did (as far as I can tell the forerunners are an advanced alien race who either discovered or created the flood and were overwhelmed by them so to save the galaxy they built and activated the halo rings which are weapons capable of killing all cention life in the galaxy to starve the flood so the forerunners are dead).

If people read the manual and watched the movies in the game they would know all this.

Cortana is a HOLOGRAM! not a real person. If you actually WATCHED the in game movies, you would know that she is a hologram and that she is not a general or anything, she is just an AI designed by the humans to control the ship "the pillar of autumn" in Halo 1. This proves that cortana is a HOLOGRAM!
