If I am thinking of the correct enemy all your weapons should be stored in the middle of the room.

When you sneak out of the camp with the Indian's you should have killed the first two guards on your right when you come out of the cave. Make sure you kill them by slashing them so you don't alert any other guards. They are holding your guns and as soon as they are dead it should say "You've got your guns back!"
