1 You could obviously just get a faster car (i.e Comet, Banshee, Infernus, Cheetah, Stinger...etc) My advice is NOT to choose a bike. When you see him ram into him
OR
If he is too fast...look at your map.
Pass him out and get a good bit up the road ahead of him.

Stop and get out of your car and wait for him to come.

When he does, Get a gun you can target (i.e Handgun, Magnum, Shotgun, Uzi...etc).

Then just aim and the target will go to him even though he is on a bike.
Shoot him quick before he drives away and your target dissappears.

Thats all I can think of.

P.s I completed the mission when he only made 3 deliveries so you shoudn't have TOO much trouble

You need a fast car! Run him over during this mission. Try a Cheeta, Inernus, PCJ600 or a Banshee

That mision sucked for me to. I have a suggestion , all you have to do is get a fast car and follow him.

When you get a long stretch(staight away) Ram up on him and knock him off his bike!!!!

When he tries to get up all you have to do is keep running him over!

Try to crash your car into him so he falls off the scooter.

He is much easier to kill now.

To beat his speed, ether shoot him with a gun or find a car like a Cheeta.

This is the fastest and simplest way to do this mission all you have to do is as soon as you start the mission, put in the cheat destroy all cars when you put it in it will tell you that you have passed the mission that simple.

In case you don't know the cheat for destroy all cars this is it black, white, R button, L button, white, black, x, y, b, y, white, L button
