The one where you have to take out the convoy and steal the tank with the military software in it. Is there a special strategy?

No real strategy; you just need to block them with some vehicle so that one of the drivers exits and moves the vehicle out of the way. Then just get in the tank and drive it away.
No. I did that mission using the Rhino cheat to kill all the soldiers.
What I did was I went behind them and killed the whole convoy up to the tank but you have to sneak up to them
I ran over the guys walkin beside it in some van, watch out the ones you don't kill, will kill u! So if they start shooting the van, and it starts flaming, jump out, get in another car, lose the army guys and cops, I came back, no one in the tank, so I took it to the lock-up.
