Hey,, Question for everyone.. Im probley asking to much.. Can I get into the other cities with a cheat.. I can get there,, but my want level goes up and I can't lower it.. Thanks for you help

If you want to go to other citys just do missions,the more missions you do,you can go to other citys.

Yes you can go to other cities with a cheat,
Lock wanted level: B, Right, B, Right, Left, X, Y, Up
But if you have a wanted level already put this in,
Lower wanted level: R(2), B, Black, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down
Than put in the lock wanted level

Oh I'm afraid not, you have to get further in the game first and then you can go to the other places
