Is there a gore cheat for SanAndreas? Cause i'am getting tired of not being able to shoot body parts off.

Do not think there is one for gtasa. BUT,there are cheats from gtavc that work on gtasa. Try looking there.

No, but if you grab a sniper and shoot some one in the head their head will come off.

There is no gore cheats for GTA: San Andrea's but you can shoot peoples heads off.

No because even in gta 3 they said gore isn’t a priority. With mods you can get cheat. I hope I can answer this 14 year old question.
