You can't, as she was never programmed into this game. The only way to see her is to look at the small photo sitting on the table at CJ's house. Other than that, she's just a said character in this game.

Besides, that wouldn't make sense. Her grave is in Los Santos - North western section of the site. It's the grave on the east side of the cemetery that's just a little bit greener than the others. It looks different because of the code they used. You'll be able to find it if you look hard enough.
