Depends on where you are. Because that mission is the last of zero's. So if you are still in san fiero then you carry on with them. One time when I completed it I just left it untill I completed the game. Since it does'nt interfere with the story.

There really isn't a mission after that. That's a Z mission, and all Z missions are optional anyway. You don't HAVE to do them to complete the game. That's the last Z mission anyway.
