Question for Grand Theft Auto III

How do you get in to the stadium on the second Island?

And, where is a flyable helicopter?

Tell me if you can't because i play Vice City more then this game and there is loads of helicopters on that one.

Do a mission where you and Maria drive a boat to the next island and then your there.
It's an S mission (Salvatore)
And you can't fly a chopper fly a Dodo.
