You have to keep winning cups and the league, and get your manager rating up.

You can also go to FIFA challenges and beat a couple of those until youn have enough points, and then go to the fan shop and buy the career teams. These are all the 5-star teams like Arsenal, and Man U.

You have to go to the fan shop and use you're points to buy a manager pack the comes with them teans

You can do that, or you can buy the manager thing in the shop that costs 5000 points.
