Hey, when I press down on the d-pad to activate my guild seel it does not work. Does anyone know why it is not working? There is also nothing wrong with the controller.

Id say your game is screwd but try to hold down the buton realy hard
You're probably on a quest, you can't leave a quest region until the quest has been completed.
If you're not on a quest, then is your seal even equipped? If it is, the I don't have any idea what's wrong with it.
