Question for Fable: The Lost Chapters

Thanks for the previous answer.. So.. Here comes another question..

The Lady Grey drama:
Lady Grey murders her sister..
A guy behind bars wants me to prove that she's bad..

Can I.. Marry Lady Grey by finding the necklace and fighting Thunder and so on.. So that I can open the Demon Door at Grey House
AND THEN
Talk to the prisoner and find the dead body of Amanda Grey and then tell the truth about the proof so that I become mayor?

No, if you're already married to Lady Grey, the guy in the jail won't help you anymore because he considers you as one of them. If you talk to him and take his quest before you go through the steps to marry Lady Grey, and then marry her, get into the cellar and find the letter, she'll take the letter away from you so you can't use it.

Yes you can do that, Just when you beat Thunder, DON'T talk to Lady Grey. I repeat, DON'T talk to Lady Grey when you are finished with Thunder. Just talk to the prisoner and do what he says. When you have finished, you will have the choice to marry, or expose Lady Grey.
