How do I expose Lady Grey's crime? I don't want to marry her, I want her job.

Go to the Barrow Fields outside of Oakvale. Go to the demon door, there should be man standing near it. Talk to him and do what he says.

Have you actually gotten to Bowerstone North? Have you spoken to the prisoner? If so, then my previous answer is correct. If not, then you'll have to be patient and play up to that point.
