Get your physique and health full then get your toughness to 5 or 6, then you can get it

In order to pull that sword out of that stupid hunk of stone at the Temple of Avo, you need to go out in the wilderness, or into a town and kill things. Kill people, kill guards, kill monsters, kill everything that you need to so that you can get Experience Points. Once you have acquired a lot of Experience Points to level up with, go to the Heroes Guild and level your Character's toughness factor, and his physique to as high as you can get them. Also, level up your Health meter some, just in case. When you get the Three bars near the top, go back to the sword and lift it out of the ground.
