2. Yes, you can slap her around and get divorced real quick. You'll get about 600 evil points for beating your wife into a divorce.
3. No, you'll have to complete the tasks she sets forth for you.

1) Beat the arena, which is a really fun quest by the way.
2) Beat up your wife, husband if you role that way, until they divorce you.
3) No you have to beat the arena quest and then do her little side missions.

1)Beat the arena quest.. The trophie from this quest grants access.
2)Yes, one way is becoming a widow.. This means the player must kill the spouse either by leading to some monsters or doing so itself. Another way is to beat/abuse the spouse until that spouse wants a divorce.. But this gives much evil points.
3)No, there are two ways to go about marrying her though.. One way is to do what she asks when the player arrives in Bowerstone North(answered in question one), another way is to do what is said by a man in the jail cell near Bowerstone Jail in Bowerstone North. ::WARNING:: If one does the second way and decide to announce Lady Greys murdering of her sister, then the Demon Door inside of Grey House will not be able to open since it will only open when the player is married to Lady Grey. ::WARNING::

2. Yes... Just generally use the "dark" emotions in front of them until they say they want a divorce
3. No you have to do some tasks for her. You have to give her a black rose (bought in the Bowerstone North shop) find her neckalace in Oakvale (go into the graveyard and you will see 2 traders talking. Listen to where they hid the necklace). Then defeat thunder at Headsmans Hill.
