Keep avoiding him as he chases you around, wait for him to stick his swords in the ground, and attack him in the back while he is trying to pull them out. Just use your block and roll to get away from him quickly, and avoid his men. Keep this up until he is defeated.
After you defeat him, you will have the choice to let him live or fight him to the death. Let him live for good points and kill him for evil points.
If you have assassin rush, you can use it to get behind him as he is swinging at you (or stabbing his swords in the ground) and you can hit him if he is still swinging. If he is not swinging, then he will block it.
