It's one of the paths out of Oakvale. There will will be a green dot on your mini-map in front of it, because there is a mercenary for hire standing in front of the gate.
Its in oakvale but it's not actually that good but there are some funny gravestones
P.S. Dig under the axe of the statue in the middle and you get a key and an obsidian axe
