I have two:
1. I own a few properties in Bowerstone and in Oakvale, and everytime I go there it tells me how much 'collectable rent' there is. Well, how do I collect the rent?
2. And, is it possible to do 'it' with Lady Gray?

1. The rent will in bags in front of the property signs for the buildings that you own. Just walk up to the sign and you will automatically pick up the money. Each building can have a maximum of three days or three bags of rent money in front of it.
2. Yes, she has to be in her bedroom. Check there at night. Just talk and flirt with her alot and she'll eventually turn green and want to go to bed. Talk to her again and accept her invite.
