Ok you've got a problem. There are a few things you can do in this situation :
1.) You can reload the latest saved point and stock up on supply's.
2.) There are 2 Health potions and a resurection phial in the guild which you can get, these may help.
3.) Just keep trying to defeat him.

I would advise using your bow against jack and trying a hit and run tactic on the minions to conserve your health. Unlesss you have a really powerful attack spell, save your mana to heal yourself (if you can). Remember your mana will regenerate over time.

Not that this will help you if your stuck now but before you fight Jack buy heaps of health potion. I mean HEAPS!! And get a strong weapon too(I bet you already knew that, lol). But other than that you just gotta keep on fighting till you win.

This is what I recomend before you go to fight him go to the upgrade portal then upgrade your health.

If you have any saves before you go to fight jack then I would load that save & stock up the potions. Or if you're loaded up on mana potions & can't load before you fight jack, use physical shield. Beat the minions & that will open jack up for your melee attack. Use slow time & assasian rush to get behind him. Strike him as many times as you can w/ your strongest melee weapon. If you have the solus greatsword, that's the best to use. It shouldn't take more than a few hits. When jack takes to the air hide behind the rocks that pop up from the ground. Then jack starts to use his spells, one of his spells drains your life, stay behind those rocks & continue to shoot him w/ your bow. Sharpening & piercing augmentations are the best to use on your bow against jack because he is weak against them. It should be easy if you have enough mana potions & you keep on your physical shield. If you don't have any potions at all, let's face it, you're stuck. It is nearly impossible to beat jack w/out any potions. You may have to start all over. Sorry.

What you do is gather all the Health and reseruction viles and hero save. Then repeat it over and over till you have at least 30 or more potions, your going to need it. Good luck

Reload to most recent save where you can stock up or just fight him which is a pain cause there are minions and stuff.

If you have the heal life spell cast it on yourself before you go into the Chamber of Fate. There is a resurection phial and a health potion in the guild too. When you're fighting Jack use your bow and will. Force push comes in handy aswell as multi arrow and assasin rush.

Reload the autosave and pick up the potions laying around the guild, hero save and load that save and the potions will be back and you'll still have the ones you picked up from before. Gather potions, hero save, load that save and repeat until you have enough health potions to get the job done.

Oh man, I know how you feel. Jack of blades just keeps attacking you, and then when ever he gets hurt he can go recharge his energy while you have to fight the monsters that he summoned. It really sucks doesn't it? Anyway, you can relax because you will not have to start your game over. Just press the back button on your controller and when it brings up the menu, look for the save menu. Bring that up and then bring the hero save up. It will teleport back to the last place where the game saved.

Ok, I'm stuck in the guild to but I just found an easy duplicating glitch I haven't seen mentioned. When your in the guild and your stuck for good go to the top of the staircases and on the balcony there is a redirection photo on. It. Grab that and go downstairs in front of the shop there is a healing potion there grab that too. Go to the guild after he is done talking press hero save not world save and reload the save and go get the items again. Keep doing this till you have what you desire

LOL. This fight is so easy. The only times it took me more than 1 try was when I did this battle for the first time and when I did it without any Health/Mana potions and without resurrection vials.
