Unfortunately it is not possible to have children in Fable.
However; you are able to steal the houses the children live in; In Bowerstone South by using the Assassin Rush glitch.
Yes you can. When you get married in fable you get a random number of kids...unfortunately you don't know which kids are yours. :(
When you check your statistics when you are married it will say number of spouses: and it will have a number from 0 to 4 (note: you will only have children if you are not a homosexual (meaning you have married another guy)!)
So basically you can't really have children because there is no way you can recognise your child but it is good to think of yourself as a "good widdle daddy"
