I married someone in Bowerstone South and was wondering if there is any way to kill her? I try to get her to follow me out to Lookout Point but she won't follow and you aren't allowed to use weapons inside the town.

If you only want a divorce I have heard that all you have to do is not visit her often and hit her every once in a while.
Just hit her ALOT of times. You will be divorced in no time (also good to earn skillpoints :-P)
It is true that you cannot -personally- kill her, but it is possible for an accident to occur involving guards and stray crossbow bolts...
You could try hiring that swordsmen at the bowerstone pub. And then puch your wife and he should finish it off for you. I don't know if it'll work or not though.
You can't kill her, but if you want to get rid of her, just beat the crap out of her.
