Where do you go to fight thunder after you give Lady Grey her neklace when I went to bowerstone prison.
He's not there where is he, I searched everywhere until I got to the prison path.

Just go to the bowerstone jail.
If you want another game like fable look out for sudiki
Go to Bowerstone Jail and Thunder will tell you to meet him and Headman's Hill to settle this matter once and for all. If he is not at Bowerstone Jail, then you must be in the middle of another quest, and you'll have to complete it and go back to Bowerstone Jail.
