Donate the hireling at Twinblade's between midnight and sunrise, you will get Skorm's bow.

Just sacrifice them to get evil.

To get Skorm's Bow, do the Trader's Escort Quest. In Darkwood Camp, grab 2 of the 3 guys (You should pick up the Balverine/man in Darwood Entrance) (Make sure one of the men is Balverine/man). Sacrifice them, and you should get Skorm's Bow.
