You must master Strength (physique, health and toughness).

You have to max out your Physique, Health and Toughness.

Max out all the stats in the strength part of your skills.

Your physique needs to be 5 more your health needs to be 2 more and your toughness needs to be 3, more than the first time you attempted to pull it out its the fastestweapon in the game.
