Some of the pieces are in chests hidden around the bandit camp.

For gloves and boots, I bought them from the traders in the bandit camp.

I think the people at the DarkWood Camp sell some of it as well.

You might have to go back after a few days for when they restock though.

Gloves can be bought at Guild shop or Twinblades camp.

Other pieces are located in chests.
Chest near the assassins in Twinblades Elite Camp.
Chest located past the entrace to clifftop path in Oakvale.
Chest beside Chapel of Skorm.
