Treasure Clues can be found at the following locations;
1: Following completion of the Bounty Hunt Quest you recieve Treasure Clue 1
2: Following completion of The Lost Trader Quest you recieve Treasure Clue 2
3: Once you have killed all 4 previous Assassins; killing the 5th Assassin who attacks at Hook Coast will reward you with Treasure Clue 3
4: Following completion of Archery Competition in Knothole Glade
5: Can be found in a chest at Orchard Farm after defeating Whisper
6: Can be found in a chest at Windmill Hill before entering the Prison Path
Your reward; as I am sure you are aware; is a Weapon with 5 Augmentation slots;
The 5th being a secret slot needing to be filled immediately after selecting the 4th Augmentation slot; hope this has been of some help to you :-)

Treasure Clue 1 Is given for completing the Bounty Hunt Quest.
Treasure Clue 2 Is given for completing the Lost Trader Quest.
Treasure Clue 3 is given for killing all 5 Assassins.
Treasure Clue 4 is given for beating a high score at the Knothole Glade Archery Competition.
Treasure Clue 5 is found in the chest behind the windmill in Windmill Hill.
Treasure Clue 6 is found in the chest to the left before you get to the apple trees down the path to the left of the barn.
