Two things. First, how do you go about getting treasure clue 3? I have all the others, but I can't find that one anywhere.
Second, are there any quests after the game is finished, and if so, how do you get them?

You need to take the Trader Rescue quest card, where you have to rescue a traders brother. If you rescue him and keep him alive, the trader will give you treasure clue 3.
Clue number 3 is your reward for killing all 5 assassins.
You can run arounf and see if you missed any side quests.
