All of the spells that affect you alignment are not able to be leveled up any more. Why not? The only thing I could think of is that I was either too good or too for the spell. But I tried getting really bad and nothing changed, then I tried getting really good and nothing. Does it have anything to do with me having leveled everything else up to the max? Cause it would really suck if that was the case.

You know, I had the exact same problem. I had used an enormous amount of my Experience points that I had earned from killing monsters over the span of the game to level up my character in a lot magic spells. In the end of the game, I had absolutely everything maxed out. Psychical, Techniques, Will powers. Absolutely everything was maxed out except for the healing spell. My guess is that you just have to level up as you go. The quicker you level up, the faster you can get all of the Will Powers to their maximum powers before one of the spells decides that it does not want you to level up to the max. It could also do with your alignment, try being neutral for one game file.

Oh.... I know the answer to this... You have to have the right alignment to get them... For example if the allignment bar for the spells is read you have to be evil and if it's blue you have to be good... Just takes a while to change between them...
Just check the aligment bar if it is blue be good if it is red be bad to make sure youre bad wear the light platemail and kill some people it brings evil to the max then.
Some spells require you to be fully good or evil to access their highest level. (For example, if you're pure good and have Berserk at level 3, you'd need to go all the way to pure evil to buy Berserk level 4.) Just spend a lot of time working with the temple of Avo and the chapel of Skorm and slaughtering innocent villagers, and you'll have all your spells in no time.
