The first treasure is between the two boats near the dock by where his wife is standing, after you find it and give it to her you go talk to the pirate again then go to the graveyard in Oakvale and dig under the statue of the guy with the axe.

The First Pirate treasure is located just left of the pier (jetty) looking out to sea in Oakvale.

The treasure you give to his wife is buried to the left of the dock in Oakvale, right beside the dock and the water.

The treasure you keep for helping him is buried in Memorial Gardens beside the statue holding an axe.
