Notice that the door shuts when you
approach it.
Use your "possess dog" spell and take control of the hellhound thats inside the closed room (The door will open when your a spector).
Once inside hit R1 to explode out of the dog and grab the dynamite, and fuel.
Now you see the big box with the red light on top? Throw a stick of dynamite at it and watch it blow.
