When you have selected the game you want to play, press start and it will give you a list of what you want to do.

In that list there is a "Prepare for Game" choice.

When you choose it, your team will practice the whole week trying to figure a way to stop the other teams strenght(s) and try to increase, or sometimes decrease, their states.
