I was wondering if anyone knows how to enter in the cheats for Driver 3? I know to go to options and there is where you input the cheats, but when I try to skroll down to the cheats option it wont let met it go back to the top.. can anyone help me???

Go to "Options" then in options go to "Extras", type in the cheat then go back to "Options" then go to "cheats".
You can enter your cheats at the main menu or at the Cheats thingie!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just enter the cheats at the main menu, go to the cheats menu, turn them on and wa la!
